I was getting my vegetable garden started and I as preparing my home gym as well, aside from the fact that I have been very &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;busy&lt;/span&gt; working around a schedule where I can squeeze all my &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;priorities&lt;/span&gt; ion place.  And although I have kept my diet pretty much going i find myself doing a little bit of everything, sometimes I stick to a low &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;carb&lt;/span&gt;, other times to low calories and so on.  But over all I have pretty much changed my habit of eating, I know eat a lot healthier and will not weigh my self until June 15&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;th&lt;/span&gt;. I can't do much cause I need to loose at least 20 pounds before I can think of having energy to lift weights....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What do you all think? Mostly I assume because I have not lost as I expected to, but then again if I &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;don't&lt;/span&gt; exercise I wont get anywhere.  I plan to do a bit of research and will post later what my plans are.  How &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;I'm&lt;/span&gt; I going to reach my goal of loosing the 25 pounds in 60 days.&lt;br /&gt;There cannot be any more bending the rules.  I need to get up and do it. Therefore, I think &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;I'm&lt;/span&gt; going to try something &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;diff rent&lt;/span&gt;. I am going to eat between 1200 to 1500 calories a day and no ore than 15g of fat. Hopefully I can add in exercise and maybe this will help a bit. I know I have to start the exercising &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;that&lt;/span&gt; is the key element here, but I am so lazy when it comes to it. I will try and force my self to do it. I need to loose the 25 pounds before July 19. I now only have exactly 2 months left. I think today is the day. But I must say though that I was proud because although I knew that during the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;wedding&lt;/span&gt; I was not going to be able to maintain a healthy dinner I was able to keep a healthy breakfast and lunch.  This is the reason why I was still able to loose some weight.  I am &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;eager&lt;/span&gt; to continue working harder, and I believe that I will increment my exercise, currently I have only been doing 15 to 20 minutes of &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;cardio&lt;/span&gt; about 3 times a week.  I will maintain it the same just make sure I do 20 5 times a week.  I have made myself understand that I did not gain this weight overnight therefore; it will no go away overnight either.  I am taking one step at a time and hopefully maintaining focused will help me keep my main goal in first place. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;addition&lt;/span&gt; I have set myself a realistic goal, which is that by July 17, 2008  I want to weigh 200 pounds, that gives me 2 months and 5 days.  I believe that if I &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;truly&lt;/span&gt; work hard at it I can do it.  The reason why I have chose this date is because something special very special probably the most important date of my life will be on 7/19/08.  But I have yet to say what it is because once it happens is when I will say it. I am so thrilled...I have concentrated on eating healthier and avoiding &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;carbs&lt;/span&gt;.  I am not doing the Atkins diet, but i have implemented a lot of their ideas;  I guess I can call this one the Psycho version of the Atkins diet.  I try to stay away from the rice, breads and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;of coarse&lt;/span&gt; sugars.  Yesterday I did about 2 hours of gardening and I really ache today (believe it or not) but I feel it is all worth it because I am actually seeing results.  I hope to continue my daily routine and hope to be able to incorporate exercise soon.  Exercise is such a big part of loosing weight, and I really have a hard time doing so because of the extra weight I carry.  For now, I am not focused on working out 30 minutes or more.  For right now, I am focused on doing what I can but without giving up. Because eventually I will loose more and will become more energetic. I decided that rather than looking at it as a work out where I have to sweat and run out of breath, I would start out slow as my weight does not really allow me to do more.  I've always had the mentality where if I can not do it all then &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;dont&lt;/span&gt; do it at all.  Today that changes as well, from now on, I will strive for the best but will be satisfied with my greatest effort.  I think that the biggest part of my problem is that when I cheat I do not get back up and start again.  Yet, that should be the most important of all.  NEVER GIVE UP!!! If I cheated in the am, well I need to do better the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;ramaining&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;fo&lt;/span&gt; the day. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have started out today by eliminating all sodas, sweets, fried food, bread and rice.  I need to be able to do this for about 4 weeks.  So here we go, that is my initial goal.  &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;I'm&lt;/span&gt; not going to think of it as loosing the 120 pounds I'd like to; today I began my short goal and that is 15 minutes of treadmill and a 27 pound loss.  All in combination of lots of water, exercise and a healthier way of eating. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will post pictures of my today, and I will post pictures of me when I reach my 1st goal.  I want to thank anyone who is reading this blog, and I ask that you please please please post your comments and give me an inspiration. The first step needs to be taken by me, and that is to say to myself everyday from now on that I am making the change of my life this year.
