Weight 225
I should not have weighed myself, but I was so anxious to know; so I did and I lost 2 pounds already. I am so thrilled...I have concentrated on eating healthier and avoiding carbs. I am not doing the Atkins diet, but i have implemented a lot of their ideas; I guess I can call this one the Psycho version of the Atkins diet. I try to stay away from the rice, breads and of coarse sugars. Yesterday I did about 2 hours of gardening and I really ache today (believe it or not) but I feel it is all worth it because I am actually seeing results. I hope to continue my daily routine and hope to be able to incorporate exercise soon. Exercise is such a big part of loosing weight, and I really have a hard time doing so because of the extra weight I carry. For now, I am not focused on working out 30 minutes or more. For right now, I am focused on doing what I can but without giving up. Because eventually I will loose more and will become more energetic. Well, this is all for today folks and I hope anyone out there in this challenge with me can move on along with me.
