I plan to set up my small bench and weights today at my home...Anyone out there use a treadmill or a weight bench to try and do some exercise? I can't do much cause I need to loose at least 20 pounds before I can think of having energy to lift weights....
What do you all think? Is it safe to force myself to use weights now?
I'm currently weighing 223 and want to eventually get to 130. That's almost 100 pounds.
